Refund Policy
At The Global Wanderer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, we offer a 14-day return policy.
Returns:
Yes! We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please email us at returns@theglobalwanderer.com with the email used to place the order, your order number, and the reason for the return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Return Shipping Costs:
- US customers: A $5.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Non-US customers: You’re responsible for return shipping costs, including any duties or taxes. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Non-Refundable Costs:
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges:
We accept exchanges for items of the same value. If the item you want to exchange for has a different value, we will process it as a return. Please note, you are responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item (for both US and international customers).
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at returns@theglobalwanderer.com. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, and if applicable, we’ll provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
Claims for Damaged or Lost Items:
Any claims for damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Important Notes:
- We do not issue refunds if you do not provide a reason for returning the item or send it back without contacting us first.
- All returns and exchanges must be initiated through our returns@theglobalwanderer.com email.
