Ordering
How do I place an order?
Super easy! Just add your favorite pieces to the cart, head to checkout, and follow the steps to enter your shipping and payment info. Once you hit confirm, we’ll start getting it ready!
How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
As soon as your order goes through, you’ll get a confirmation email with all the details. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder—sometimes it likes to play hide and seek! Still can’t find it? Reach out, and we’ll help you out.
Can I cancel my order?
We totally understand that plans can change! For that reason, you’ve got a 2-hour window after placing your order to cancel it. To ensure a smooth and efficient process, just contact us through the contact form or email us here with the email you used to place the order and your order number. We’ll handle the rest!
Can I change my order after placing it?
Of course, we’ve all been there! You can make changes to your order within 4 hours of placing it. Just contact us via the contact form or email us here with the email you used to place the order, your order number and your requested change. We'll take care of it for you!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options at checkout. No worries, your info is always safe!
Will I receive updates about my order’s status?
Absolutely! You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number for every order, regardless of the destination. For orders within the US and if the carrier allows it, you'll also get updates when your package is out for delivery and once it's delivered. So, you'll always be informed every step of the way!
Production
How long will it take for my order to be processed?
All items in our store are made just for you! Please allow 2 to 7 business days for production as we practice mindful consumption — we only produce what we sell (made on demand). This helps reduce unnecessary waste, which is great for the environment.
Just a heads-up, express shipping doesn't mean express production!
Why is my order still processing?
We make everything on demand to reduce waste, and since all items are carefully crafted just for you, production can take up to 7 business days. If your order is still processing, it means we're hard at work getting it ready to ship. We appreciate your patience!
Can I request expedited processing?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer expedited processing at this time. Since all our items are made to order, the production time typically takes between 2 to 7 business days, depending on the product. We appreciate your patience as we craft your order with care!
Can I track my order during production?
Yes! After placing your order, you'll receive a link in your confirmation email where you can check the status of your order and track its progress. You can keep an eye on it from start to finish!

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the product and destination. We aim to keep shipping affordable, and the exact cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping within the U.S. on orders over $60.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping typically takes between 2 to 8 business days, depending on your location. Please note that this is in addition to our production time, which can take 2 to 7 business days.
While we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, please keep in mind that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, custom delays, holidays or carrier delays..
Weekends and public holidays are not included in the shipping time, so please keep that in mind when planning for your order's arrival.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply depending on the product and the destination, and will be added at checkout.
Do you offer rush shipping?
While we don’t offer rush shipping on all products, some items do qualify for faster shipping. Be sure to check the product page for any rush shipping options if you're in a hurry. Otherwise, we’ll get your order to you as quickly as possible without compromising quality.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Where available, you'll also get updates when your package is out for delivery and when it's delivered—these updates are most common for orders within the US.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we’re unable to change the shipping address. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase!
What happens if my package is lost or damaged during transit?
We want you to love your order! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect it upon arrival and contact us immediately or send us an email here. We’ll assess the issue and make it right.
Can I use Gift Cards on the shipping fee?
Unfortunately, Gift Cards cannot be applied to the shipping fee. They can only be used towards the cost of the products themselves.
Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?
Yes! We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
To request a return, just email us at here using the same email address you used to make the purchase. Be sure to include your order number and return reason so we can process it smoothly.
Can I return an item without contacting you first?
No, we do not issue refunds if you return an item without first reaching out to us. You must provide a reason for the return and receive approval before sending the item back. Please email us with your order details to start the return process.
Who covers return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs depend on your location.
- US customers: A $5.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Non-US customers: You’re responsible for return shipping costs, including any duties or taxes. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Are shipping costs refundable if I return my order?
No, original shipping costs are non-refundable in case of a return. If you choose to return an item, only the product cost will be refunded, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes, we do not accept returns on:

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! We offer exchanges for items of the same value. If the new item has a different price, the exchange will be processed as a return, and you’ll need to place a new order.
Customers, both in the US and internationally, are responsible for the return shipping costs when exchanging an item. Please contact us before sending anything back.
