Shipping policy

At The Global Wanderer, every item is made to order and shipped by our trusted production partners in the U.S. and Europe. This helps reduce waste while keeping your order carefully produced just for you.

Processing Time

Our products are made on demand, meaning we only produce what we sell. This mindful approach helps reduce unnecessary waste. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for production before your order ships. Kindly note that express shipping does not mean express production.

Shipping Time

Once your order is shipped, it typically takes 2 to 8 business days to arrive, depending on your location. However, shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control. Please note that weekends and public holidays (in all production regions) are not included in estimated delivery times.

Tracked Shipments & Order Updates

All orders come with 100% tracking—no matter the destination. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to check its status. Tracking updates include:

  • Shipping confirmation (always provided)
  • Out for delivery & delivered (mainly available in the U.S.)

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking details to update after your order ships.

Shipping Fees, Free Shipping & Gift Cards

  • Shipping costs vary based on the product and destination.
  • Free shipping is available within the U.S. on orders over $80.
  • Gift Cards cannot be applied to the shipping fee. They can only be used towards the cost of the products themselves.

Address Changes & Lost/Damaged Packages

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at contact@theglobalwanderer.com with your order number and correct shipping address.

Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may no longer be able to update the delivery address.

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date or 7 days of receiving the damaged item. Include your order number, photos of the damaged item or packaging if applicable, and any tracking details available.

We will review the issue and help with the next steps. Please note that we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or delays caused by the shipping carrier.
