At Global Wanderer, every item is made to order and shipped by our trusted production partners in the U.S. and Europe. This ensures quality craftsmanship while reducing waste—because sustainability matters.

Processing Time

Our products are made on demand, meaning we only produce what we sell. This mindful approach helps reduce unnecessary waste. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for production before your order ships. Kindly note that express shipping does not mean express production.

Shipping Time

Once your order is shipped, it typically takes 2 to 8 business days to arrive, depending on your location. However, shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control. Please note that weekends and public holidays (in all production regions) are not included in estimated delivery times.

Tracked Shipments & Order Updates

All orders come with 100% tracking—no matter the destination. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to check its status. Tracking updates include:

  • Shipping confirmation (always provided)
  • Out for delivery & delivered (mainly available in the U.S.)

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking details to update after your order ships.

Shipping Fees, Free Shipping & Gift Cards

  • Shipping costs vary based on the product and destination.
  • Free shipping is available within the U.S. on orders over $60.
  • Gift Cards cannot be applied to the shipping fee. They can only be used towards the cost of the products themselves.

Claims for Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. For orders that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Address Changes & Lost/Damaged Packages

  • Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to change the shipping address.
  • What if my package is lost or damaged? If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
