1. How long are shipping times?
All items in this store are professionally manufactured to order and shipped to you by our carefully selected production partners in the US and Europe. These production partners typically ship orders within 1 to 10 days of receiving your order. From that point on, it takes between 2 to 8 days for products to arrive. As soon as your product ships, you'll receive a tracking number that lets you keep tabs on your product at all times. Each product at The Global Wanderer has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description. 

 

2. What's your return policy?

    We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    For US customers:

    • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. A flat return shipping rate of $5.00 will be deducted from the refund amount.

    For non-US customers:

    • If your return is accepted, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs, including any applicable duties and taxes. The Global Wanderer is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the return shipping process. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

    Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment.

    Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    3. Can I cancel my order?

    We don't accept cancellations but please contact us at globalwandererthe@gmail.com if you have any problems with your order.

    4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

    If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you ordered-- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund or resend you the correct item, you decide. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.

    5. Do you offer exchanges?

    We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you ordered, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
